Dennison Systems Solutions Limited is a Regional Integrated Infrastructure Support Operator headquartered in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. Since our establishment in 2016, we have delivered structured telecom site maintenance, power reliability management, and diesel logistics accountability to Nigeria's most demanding industrial clients.

Our operating model integrates 12 geographically structured maintenance clusters across Rivers and Bayelsa States — designed to minimise dispatch latency, stabilise uptime performance, and preserve escalation clarity at every tier of our technical workforce.

We do not position ourselves as a reactive service vendor. We operate as a structured operational platform — with preventive discipline, metered diesel accountability, NOC-enabled monitoring and ISO-certified governance as foundational architecture, not optional add-ons.

Eight Years of
Operational Growth

2016
Foundation
Dennison Systems Solutions Limited incorporated in Port Harcourt, Rivers State — RC 1327247. Initial focus on diesel supply and AGO haulage for industrial clients in the South-South region.
2017 – 2018
First Major Telecoms Engagements
Commenced structured fuel supply and site maintenance operations for telecoms tower operators in Rivers State. Established early protocols for diesel accountability and field escalation governance.
2019 – 2020
Portfolio Expansion & Fleet Investment
Fleet scaled to include bridger tankers and metered peddler trucks. Expanded operations into Bayelsa State. Introduced the cluster-based deployment model to reduce dispatch latency across growing site portfolio.
2021 – 2022
ISO Certification & NOC Integration
Achieved ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification. Integrated 24/7 NOC monitoring capability across managed cluster portfolio. Formalised SLA-tiered response architecture for Backbone, Hub, Terminal and VIP site classifications.
2023 – 2024
Multi-State Expansion & Storage Infrastructure
Expanded diesel storage infrastructure to Delta, Akwa Ibom and Bayelsa. Diesel logistics capacity reached 257,000 litres monthly within integrated states. Fleet reinforced with MAN Hiab truck and additional peddler units.
2026 – Present
SEEPCO OML 13, Likusasa & MTN Engagement
Secured SEEPCO OML 13 operations corridor across Akwa Ibom and Cross River States. Active subcontractor engagement with Likusasa Nigeria Limited in the telecoms infrastructure sector. Submitted proposal to MTN Nigeria as a Regional Integrated Infrastructure Support Operator for the Niger Delta corridor.

Preventive Maintenance Discipline
Scheduled generator servicing, ATS calibration, fuel system integrity checks, cooling inspections, and HVAC monitoring — enforced on defined cycles across all managed sites.
24/7 NOC Monitoring
Round-the-clock Network Operations Centre oversight — alarm detection, fuel level tracking, KPI monitoring, maintenance scheduling and coordinated dispatch authorisation.
Metered Diesel Accountability
Digital flow meters on all peddler trucks, bridger-to-site discharge verification, supervisor reconciliation logs, variance threshold escalation and monthly audit cycles.
Structured Escalation Governance
Defined escalation chain: FSE → RTO → RM → HOO → COO → MD. Every incident follows a documented lifecycle from detection through closure and post-incident review.
ISO-Certified Management Systems
ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certified. Automated documentation management, periodic compliance review cycles, and full audit readiness across quality, environmental and HSE frameworks.

Under her leadership, Dennison has grown from a regional diesel supplier into a Regional Integrated Infrastructure Support Operator — maintaining 231 sites across 12 structured clusters while sustaining an uptime performance record above 99.9%.

Her operational philosophy centres on structured discipline over reactive improvisation — building systems, escalation governance and compliance frameworks that hold at scale. This approach has attracted long-term partnerships with IHS Towers Nigeria, ATC Nigeria, SEEPCO, MP Infrastructure Africa and other leading operators across the Niger Delta corridor.

Susan's leadership has ensured that Dennison's growth is always resource-aligned — expanding only when workforce bandwidth, fleet capacity and supervisory oversight can sustain the integrity of existing commitments.
